GCT Net Lease Brokers Completes $15.3M Sale of US Airways Call Center Office Building in Winston-Salem, NC

South Windsor, CT, July 27, 2015 (Newswire.com) - GCT Net Lease Brokers, a leading net lease property brokerage firm has completed the sale of a 101,555 square foot, five story office building located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and 100% leased to US Airways. The sale closed on July 23rd for $15.3 million.      

Dwaine L. Clarke, of GCT Net Lease Brokers represented the buyer, United Realty Trust in the transaction. The seller, Highwoods Realty was represented by Stan Johnson Company.

The subject property sits on more than 10 acres in a dense office and retail corridor, less than a mile from Interstate 40 and serves as the only US Airways dedicated call center in the eastern United States. The facility is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
