The release application will be open on Monday 16th March 2015. The vouchers of £70 million will be available from 12:00 noon on Monday 16th March for householders of England and Wales. Third phase states that, up to £ 5,600 cash back will be available for the installation of twelve energy-saving measures such as solid wall insulation, boilers, roof and cavity wall insulation. With GDHIF 3, domestic energy users can receive cash backs as follows:

·For installation of solid wall insulation that includes both internal and external wall insulation, cash back of £ 3750 and 67% of installation value whichever is lower. The condition for voucher redeems states that, at least 50% of the area should be covered by insulation.
·Cash back of £ 1250 are available by installing any two energy-efficient measures from the approved list of eleven measures:
- Double/triple glazing
- Secondary glazing
- Condensing mains gas boilers
- Flat roof insulation
- Replacement of warm air unit
- Fan-assisted storage heater
- Energy-efficient replacement doors
- Waste water heat recovery
- Floor insulation
- Cavity wall insulation
- Room-in-roof insulation
·Also cash back of up to £ 100 are available for the green deal assessment if it is done in last two years.
·Additional Cash back of £ 500 is available if the customer has brought the property in last 12 months.
