(SAN DIEGO, CA) - In an interview with Food & Drink Digital, George Crocker, CEO of Cerebos and Ian Airey, General Manager Commerical NZ for Cerebos New Zealand discuss the company's growth, future developments and the launch of instant coffee in New Zealand.

In addition to leading the coffee market in Australia and New Zealand, Cerebos is the only company in New Zealand to manufacture instant coffee. Additionally, over 50 percent of the Arabica beans the company imports into Australia and New Zealand have been certified by Fair Trade or the Rainforest Alliance. The acquisitions of Atomic Coffee Roasters and Cafe L'Affare have broadened the company's breadth of products within the portfolio, which also includes Mocopan.

"We've been through a period of fairly good growth and we've also been through a period when we've bought a number of companies," says Airey. "When I look forward to the next two-and-a-quarter years, it's about consolidating what we've got."
