The Georgia Electronic Life Safety and Security Association (GELSSA) has announced that industry icon and customer retention expert Bob Harris of Attrition Busters has agreed to speak at their upcoming meeting to be held on October 21, 2011 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Delta Community Credit Union located at 3250 Riverwood Parkway in Atlanta Georgia.

GELSSA is delighted to bring in Harris who will work with attendees on various customer service skills that will empower folks with a tremendous amount of takeaway they can use immediately after returning to their offices to build business. GELSSA say's, "Unlike many other generic industry outsiders, bringing in a security industry professional who has actually "walked the walk" himself for over thirty-years impressively engages everyone in attendance. Bob's high energy and interactive sessions create an amazing experience which will be talked about for months to come and we are delighted to have him appear in person to work with our members and guests.

Some of the topics covered in this program will be effective ways to become better at dealing with difficult customers, Way's to say no when you can not say yes, Tools to excel at employee ownership of problems and many more. There will also be a very high energy role-play segment that will deal with specific solutions to tough challenges alarm company employees and all service businesses deal with on a daily basis.

Tickets for this program purchased before October 1, 2011 will be $99 for the first employee, $59 for each additional employee from the same company and for non-GELSSA members, the tickets are $199 each.
