Georgia Electronic Life Safety Security Association To Host Event With Attrition Busters' Bob Harris

Online, September 14, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The Georgia Electronic Life Safety and Security Association (GELSSA) has announced that industry icon and customer retention expert Bob Harris of Attrition Busters has agreed to speak at their upcoming meeting to be held on October 21, 2011 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Delta Community Credit Union located at 3250 Riverwood Parkway in Atlanta Georgia.

GELSSA is delighted to bring in Harris who will work with attendees on various customer service skills that will empower folks with a tremendous amount of takeaway they can use immediately after returning to their offices to build business.
