Gerstman Schwartz LLP Announces Randy Kleinman as Partner and Nicole Epstein as Vice President of Gotham Government Relations LLC

Gerstman Schwartz LLP, a boutique government relations and litigation law firm based in Long Island, New York City, and DC, is pleased to announce the promotion of Randy Kleinman to the position of Partner with the firm. Randy specializes in areas where traditional law and litigation intersect with public policy and politics. Randy regularly provides clients with guidance on cutting-edge strategies and novel theories of liability in the areas of employment, digital healthcare, energy, technology, real estate, construction, and defamation.

Randy served as lead counsel on the firm's representation of a client in a civil rights matter resulting in a $30,000,000 settlement. He also plays an integral role in the firm's most complex and high-profile cases and regularly represents clients in a multitude of multi-million-dollar lawsuits including litigation against Google, Twitter, the Daily Beast, and Mediaite.

Randy is also an author and adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law. He received a J.D. from New York Law School, where he graduated with honors.

In addition, Gotham Government Relations is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Epstein to the position of Vice President of the firm. 

Nicole graduated from Stony Brook University magna cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology and was inducted as a lifetime member to Psi Chi, the National Honor Society for Psychology. After graduating from Stony Brook, Nicole received her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2015 and is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.  

Additionally, Nicole has been named as one of the most powerful people in Public Relations in city&state's Political PR Power list 2020 and 2021 and recognized by the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University as an 'Outstanding Woman in Law' (2021). Nicole was also recently appointed as the Chairwoman of the Government Relations Committee for the Nassau County Bar Association.
