GGI to Exhibit at GlassBuild America in Atlanta September 13-15
SECAUCUS, N.J., August 24, 2021 (Newswire.com) - GGI (General Glass International) will be exhibiting at the National Glass Association's GlassBuild America event to be held September 13-15 in Atlanta, Georgia. This years' theme for GlassBuild—the fenestration industry's largest annual event—is "Back to Business. Back to GlassBuild." The company will showcase its complete range of specialty glass solutions and fabrication capabilities including insulating glass, spandrel, and its fully customizable Max™ glass marker boards.
"We are excited to be exhibiting at GlassBuild America for the first time since the pandemic, and we have plenty to share with our customers and prospective buyers," said David Balik, president of GGI. "We are especially pleased to share that we have expanded our fabrication capabilities to better serve our customers with multifunctional glass solutions," Balik adds.
Insulating Glass
GGI has added a LiSec insulating glass line to produce commercial insulating glass units, streamlining the process of incorporating Alice® direct-to-glass printing, bird protection glass, decorative, laminated and/or low-emissivity glass into IGU's to meet multiple code and design requirements.
Spandrel Glass
To complement its line of insulating glass and back-painted offering, GGI has formed a strategic alliance with ICD High Performance Coatings + Chemistries to produce spandrel glass and wall cladding utilizing OPACI-COAT-300®, a water-based silicone glass coating that is lead-free and virtually VOC free for environmentally friendly production and design applications. As an Approved Factory Fabricator, GGI has access to the OPACI-COAT-300® coating in a broad range of standard and custom colors.
Fire-Rated Glazing
As the largest U.S. distributor of Schott's Pyran® Platinum fire-protective glass-ceramic, GGI continues to serve the industry through its fabrication dealer network. GGI offers a complete range of glass-ceramics, as well as AGC Europe's Pyrobel® fire-resistive glazing, Pyroguard® 20-minute UL rated laminated, fire-rated doors and framing.
Satin Etched Glass
GGI will be showcasing its complete range of satin etched glass, including standard etched clear and low-iron, Crystal Light low-iron, satin etched designs, and anti-slip for flooring and stair treads.
GGI is sharing a free guest pass code with attendees EX21NGA. The company will also be hosting an invitation-only hospitality event to express appreciation for its loyal customers and strategic business partners. Make sure to visit GGI at Booth #1402 at GlassBuild.
