Pollard, Inc., as its independent accountants to audit the Company's financials. The Company has filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission reflecting the change in auditors.
The company's prior auditor, Larry O'Donnell, CPA, P.C. has decided to reduce the public company audit work it is completing and focus more on tax returns and private company accounting work. The company has had no disagreements with its auditor in any matters related to the accounting of the Company.
