Dehydrating the nuts & seeds It does require time, but much less than you think. Simply start the practice of soaking nuts and seeds overnight, then putting in a drying machine the next day (or an microwave drying nuts equipment set as low as temperature, below 115 degrees F possible) until crisp again.
