Orlando, FL - 3 December 2009 - God's Green Africa, a division of God's Green America, announced today its alliance with The Rehoboth Foundation to build partnerships in the West expediting economic development in Africa. God's Green Africa President Dr. Cheryl Hill and Rev. Felix Awotula, president of The Rehoboth Foundation, welcome 40 representatives from government and non-government organizations in the U.S. and Africa to a Micro Summit hosted by God's Green Africa at the Hilton Bonnet Creek today in Orlando to establish priorities for capacity building activities in Africa for 2010 and beyond.

"Together we will look to move forward as a collaborative hub, working with experts, technical advisors and funding specialists to realize a monumental difference in Africa's partnerships for advancement," states God's Green Africa President Dr. Cheryl Hill.

Africa hosts a wealth of raw materials, intellect and entrepreneurialism that will flourish when alliances with the West are funneled to build the capacity of existing grassroots endeavors with sustainability, transparency and accountability.

"We are pleased to provide God's Green Africa resources and funding streams to expedite urbanization, healthcare and energy capitalization in Africa," said Thom Black, President of God's Green America.

God's Green Africa and The Rehoboth Foundation are uniting local government, community leaders and faith organizations in Africa with Western technology and capital resources improving their capacity to plan, organize and manage their communities. Delegates from Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and Benin are in attendance at the God's Green Africa summit, including a representative from the Office of the President of Nigeria, the ambassador of Benin, the political affairs minister of Nigeria and the first lady of Cross River State, Nigeria.

"This summit is a gift to the African people from God's Green Africa, a comprehensive, compact effort to build innovative and creative ways to change the quality of life for those in targeted areas of Africa," adds Reverend Awotula, founder of The Rehoboth Foundation, which is an organization committed to building wholeness in every African individual.
