Golden State Biofuel Opens Production Facility in California.
Online, October 22, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Irvine, CA - October 22, 2009 - Golden Sate Biofuel, California's newest licensed advanced biofuel producer has announced the opening of it's biodiesel production facility in San Bernardino County, California. The facility supplies B100, B99.9 and B20 biodiesel to regional fuel distributors and club members. "Golden State Biofuel is meeting the demand for quality biofuels with our ASTM specification fuel," said Randall Lichner, Golden Sate Biofuel's Chief Operations Officer. "We already help fuel distributors meet their customer demand and help our club members reduce pollution from diesel emissions."
Golden State Biofuel produces biofuel from locally produced waste vegetable oil, diverting it from the landfill and municipal waste treatment plants. Golden State Biofuel uses state-of-the-art advanced biofuel processing technology designed, built and tested at the San Bernardino County facility to reduce the potential for lengthy system outages. "When we decided to begin refining advanced biofuel here in California, we made the decision early to use off-the-shelf components produced by American companies to reduce the possibility that we would have to wait for parts from Europe or China to get the plant back online if there was a problem," said Lichner.
Golden State Biofuel club memberships are available to consumers, call for details. The club price for biodiesel is priced at or below current diesel prices. Golden State Biofuel Membership Card application and facility hours will be posted at the Golden State Biofuel website coming soon at http://www.GoldenStateBiofuel.com
