Good News for the Slumping Real Estate Market - Capital Group Provides a Solution to Fill Vacant Homes and to Help People Repair Their Credit

Capital Group Announces Revolutionary "LeaseOwnership™" Program that Enables People with Poor Credit and those Who Have Lost a Previous Home to Become New Homeowners

Delray Beach, FL - Capital Group Systems of Florida, LLC., headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, has come up with a solution for people with credit issues who want to buy a home. This progressive real estate company, with offices throughout South Florida, has launched a new program called LeaseOwnership™ that will positively affect the local real estate market. Potential buyers, sellers, Homeowners Associations and residential communities all benefit!

South Florida has been especially plagued by foreclosures and short sales, causing unprecedented numbers of people to see their credit scores plummet. When people damage their credit through a short sale or foreclosure, it can take five years or more before they are able to purchase a home. They are unable to buy a home in this time of low home prices, and so the negative cycle begins.

Capital Group Systems of Florida, LLC. realized the need to find a solution for people in these circumstances. They began an extensive research and development effort that took nearly three years. They examined the economic conditions in Florida. They studied market trends, and met with multiple lenders and finance experts to come up with the best ways to help people recover financially. Their Mission: helping people who are facing foreclosure or who have already gone through the hardship of losing their home.

The result was the LeaseOwnership™ program, recently launched here in South Florida. This unique program gives people with damaged credit the opportunity to own a home again, while helping them repair their credit at the same time. In addition, the condo and single-family home associations where the LeaseOwner moves into appreciate filling the vacant homes in the community with qualified LeaseOwnership tenants. It is a true win-win for all involved.

"We call this the 'Ninety Day Fresh Start', providing home ownership to individuals that agree to an affordable monthly payment plan", explains Eric Willner, Chief Communications Director at Capital Group. Willner is a HUD-certified agent in foreclosure and foreclosure counseling, and is a preferred agent in charge of acquisitions for Habitat for Humanity. He explains, "We work directly with the Tenant-Buyer to help improve their credit score and thus be able to qualify for a conventional loan. We have received many notes of thanks from people who have already utilized LeaseOwnership™, and it is very rewarding to us as a community-minded company."

Note that the tenant-buyer is able to rent the home at a fair market rate, and own a percentage of the property from the day they move in. Capital Group has identified properties in the South Florida market to implement the LeaseOwnership™ program. They are ready to provide homes for purchase to any type of buyer, at a monthly payment that is comparable to local rental rates.

"This is an amazing program," states Margo Jackson, an employee of the West Palm Beach Police Department and a new homebuyer through LeaseOwnership™. "I've experienced firsthand how someone with damaged credit can get into a quality house, and I can see the positive impact this can make in our South Florida communities. I'm so glad I learned of this program, and the public needs to be made aware. It can help so many people."
