GPad ™ Life Tablets to Compete with Apple IPad and Samsung Galaxy Tablets in National Media Rollout
Online, November 22, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Today, Apple's iPad and Samsung's Galaxy tablets find a new competitor in their midst with the debut of the low cost, high processing, and feature rich capabilities of the GPad Life™. At $350, a low cost, high-end tablet will begin its national rollout in time for Christmas delivery. Since the projects inception, most industry insiders, with a few exceptions, were even aware that the GPad Life™ existed.
In a recent debut at Emory Goizueta Business School's applications symposium, entitled "An App for That", over two dozen Android and Apple application developers were on hand to give their input on the development of the GPad™ by GPad Life™. "We are not creating new technology," says John Cataldi, marketing evangelist for the GPad Life™, "we are creating a culture of partnerships, in which we are seeking the input of consumers and businesses to focus on their needs and wants. We then take that feedback to application developers to orchestrate a device based upon application ability focusing on the wants and needs of those businesses and consumers. We are not just creating hype around a product; we are creating a product around our end user."
The GPad ™ tablet will feature a powerful 1ghx processor, 512 DDR (2X that of Apple's iPad), and a removable hard micro up to 32 Gigabytes. Some other noteworthy features of the device include a user-facing web camera, a visually rich 8" screen powered by Google's Android 2.2 that offers users full access to a multitude of application exchanges. The GPad™ Tablet by GPad Life™ is currently available online at www.GPadLife.com or through telesales at 1-800-301-0814. Retail locations are in negotiation; they will be announced in early 2011.
