Business and Talent Recruitment Campaign Highlights Quality of Life, Friendly Business Environment, Workforce Talent in Colorado's Grand Valley with New Video, Website
Grand Junction, Colorado, November 5, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Yesterday, the Grand Junction Economic Partnership (GJEP) launched a video (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9wXNoeOPBI) in support of “The Grand Valley is Calling You Home”, a new recruitment campaign targeting business owners, telecommuters and former Mesa County residents. The campaign seeks to entice GJEP’s target audience to take a closer look at locating or expanding their business in Colorado’s Grand Valley. The campaign addresses several objectives to facilitate business recruitment and to attract top talent to the region, supplementing current efforts by GJEP. Key message points center around a business community that is welcoming, flexible, talented and affordable, as well as the region’s emphasis on family, recreation and the great outdoors.
The campaign will roll out in phases with multiple components – including the just-launched video advertising, social media and direct mail. It is being developed in cooperation with Colorado Mesa University and the local business community.
"We are the Colorado you were promised. We have skiing, hiking, rafting and mountain biking at our doorstep. We're a fun place to live, but we're also a great place to start a business and see it grow. This campaign will allow us to paint the complete picture."
Kristi Pollard, GJEP Executive Director
GJEP has also launched a web destination for the campaign, www.grandvalleyco.com, that includes key benefits to working and living in the region, as well as an Instagram feed portraying local residents. The website content will expand as the campaign evolves.
