LAUREN DECKER, a native of Texas, received her degree in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in San Diego. She has always been interested in the shoe and sandal industry and decided to open up Flip-N-Out Flops in the laid-back beach community of Pacific Beach. Her Polynesian-themed store will make you feel as if you've stepped into a tropical paradise with its grass carpeting, bamboo fixtures, and surfboard bench. "My main goal is to make every customer happy with their shopping experience and purchases," says Lauren.
