Greeks Tree Launches Crowdfunding Campaign
Allentown, PA, June 19, 2015 (Newswire.com) - “GreeksTree is seeking ways to help support social causes through our own networking efforts and those causes supported by our members.” stated Joseph Terrell, founder and President of Greek’s Tree.
Terrell continued, “I am an ASU and Sigma Pi alumni who was looking for a better way to help connect Greeks across the nation and the world. Have you ever wanted to go and do a road trip to visit another chapter across the country but didn’t know anyone in the chapter even with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter? So what did you do call nationals to try and get info on that chapter? No, didn’t think so because that would require a lot of effort and time. This is the basis of how Greeks Tree was created. The disconnect between Greek chapters is immense and the disconnect between alumni is even greater.”
"GreeksTree.com plans to be the portal to Greek life. Incorporating functions to help better run your chapter though better member management utilizing a chapter portal as well as the Pledge App..."stated Mr. Terrell
Joseph Terrell, President
“The current mission is to focus on Fraternities, Sororities and Alumni to gain critical mass, with the future objective of including all aspects of campus life including students, faculty and administration. More importantly, we are striving to create a useful and effective environment that supports a Jobs Portal where students can find internships, part time jobs and summer employment.” Terrell stated.
Greek’s Tree was created to fill a void that had not been brought to the web yet. Greek society is one of the largest organizations in the US and did not have its own private network to exclusively share and connect with not only their own chapter but also every chapter around the world. Greek’s Tree connects not only all Greeks but also connects generations of members through the Family Tree. The Family Tree helps continue the connectivity in your family long after you leave college. Since a majority of all money that helps Greek organizations comes from alumni it only makes sense to have them be an integral part of Greeks Tree because without alumni there would be no Greek system.
“GreeksTree.com plans to be the portal to Greek life. Incorporating functions to help better run your chapter though better member management utilizing a chapter portal as well as the Pledge App. We will also have a dating site/app that will help Greeks connect with one another on a deeper level. Though our alumni support we will be providing a jobs and internship portal to help with navigating the job market and landing top internships.” stated Mr. Terrell.
“We are now actively seeking Contributors, and funds that we receive will be used exclusively to accomplish these goals and future improvements based upon our user feedback. With your financial help we will be able to promote and publish all of the positive contributions fraternal and sorority organizations make to our society.” Terrell continued.

About GreeksTrees.com and Greek Trees, LLC
The GreeksTree.com project is a social network for Fraternities and Sororities across the country as well as affiliates internationally. The site allows them to share, connect and interact with people that are active members as well as past alumni.
What makes it different that the competition is that you can connect with everyone not just the individual members in their own chapter but rather every chapter around the world. Along with this advancement GreeksTree.com has the first way for Greek members to trace their lineage to the beginning of their Family through the interactive Family Tree that builds your Greek Family Tree from past member to the current active members. This amount of connectivity allows for mentorship from older members as well as keeps past members actively involved and allows them to stay connected long after they have left their beloved chapter.
The website allows Greek vendors direct access to 100% of the market they are trying to target products to since ever person on the site has or is part of Greek Life.
