Greenwood Village Pizza Restaurant Charity Event Helps Battle Leukemia
Online, April 7, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Pizza Republica, a locally owned upscale pizza restaurant located 10 minutes from downtown Denver has made Bonfils Blood Center's Colorado Marrow Donor Program (CMDP) the recipient of this month's proceeds from its charity event. The Greenwood Village restaurant will donate 15 percent of all food and wine sales that occur each Monday in April between 5 and 10 pm to the local Denver nonprofit organization.
Pizza Republica and Bonfils will also be giving away door prizes every Monday during the charity event. Some of the prizes include tickets to sporting events, spa certificates, local wines, and museum passes. CMDP representatives will also be at the restaurant to add potential donors to the Be The Match Registry®.
