GrowthZone AMS Releases 2018 Association Industry Survey Results
Nisswa, MN, January 31, 2018 (Newswire.com) - GrowthZone, Inc., provider of association management software (AMS), recently announced the release of its 2018 Association Industry Survey Results.
The results represent feedback on industry trends and projections from 1,000 association management professionals across the U.S. and Canada.
"While overall, the key findings show a positive outlook regarding membership growth, the results point toward opportunity for increased efficiencies among associations. The majority of organizations that reported stagnant or decreased membership growth over the past five years are not utilizing an AMS."
John Cook, GrowthZone Senior Vice President of Marketing
A key finding of the survey points to the need for increased member engagement. The majority of respondents agree that while members indicate they don’t renew due to budget cuts or minimal return on investment, lack of member engagement is actually the underlying cause.
