GSS Infotech Acquires GCI Infosystems
GCI Infosystems was acquired by GSS Infotech on 14 July 2011
Online, July 18, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Minneapolis, MN, Global Computronics, Inc., d.b.a. GCI Systems, a 23-year old information technology services company based in Shoreview, MN has been acquired by GSS Infotech Pvt. Ltd, a listed company based in Hyderabad, India with significant operations in the U.S.
