Online, May 3, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The gigantic Gulf of Mexico oil spill is unprecedented; the damage to the ocean, wildlife and local industries may be irreparable. It may take months to stop and years to clean up. The damage to this already fragile region is beyond comprehension and is yet to be fully realized.
We can and must do something.
We must show the oil industry we can live without them.

We must make a statement to the oil companies and offer our condolences and support to the gulf coast region.
When we make substantial cuts in oil consumption, offshore drilling will cease. STOP consuming oil. Use alternative modes of transportation and make a statement. Stop driving gas guzzling vehicles, stop driving as much as possible. We can make a difference. Write to [email protected] for more information.
