Gulf Ventures Secures Huge Transmission & Distribution Contract

Online, February 28, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Gulf Ventures' Water & Power Division in partnership with a world's leading T&D equipment manufacturer has secured a very lucrative contract for the supply of transmission & distribution equipment worth Rs. 3,500 million with the Water & Power Development Authority of Pakistan strengthening its partnership with its key customer and further consolidating its leading position in the region.

This order is one of the largest for Gulf Ventures Water & Power Division in Pakistan and will contribute to the development and improvement of the 132 kV electrical distribution network in order to keep up with Pakistan's rapid urban expansion.

This contract was secured thanks to Gulf Ventures Water & Power Divisions' long-standing relationship with WAPDA and the division's track record for timely delivery of large-scale projects.
