H20 Technologies Signs Pre-IPO Agreement with Venture Capital Partnership Marshall Browning
Online, November 10, 2009 (Newswire.com) - H20 Technologies, a pioneer in advanced water desalination processes announced today that it has signed Pre-IPO agreements with Marshall Browning, a boutique Japanese venture capital firm.
H20 Technologies has been working closely with Marshall Browning since 2007 and over that period, Marshall Browning has already invested over 14.5 million Euros in the company.
The Pre-IPO will be conducted shortly and will raise approximately 56 Million Euros via the sale of H20 Technologies common stock, with a view to a public listing mid 2010.
H20 Technologies are working towards commercializing carbon nanotube membranes for use in water desalination and will use the proceeds of this funding round to further expand their Research and Development facilities in Taipei, Taiwan as well as building a pilot production facility in preparation for product commercialization.
