IBS can reoccur after even after it is been treated.
Ayurvedic treatment for IBS:
There are many Ayurvedic medicines available for IBS, for example Mustakarishtha, Dantyarishtha, Sanjeevani vati, etc. All of these and the other Ayurvedic medicines are supposedly manufactured to relieve the symptoms of IBS to a much greater extent. But the main point to pay attention here is that these medicines should bear at least some of the qualities in order to reduce the problem. Mainly, the medicine should help in digestion and proper bowel movements. The medicines can have the ingredients that have the digestive properties, like asafetida and should be rich in fiber content, like the tender leaves of guava, cumin seeds, etc. Regular intake of buttermilk, pomegranate, cumin seeds, water, etc., regular exercise and proper sleep will keep you away from this syndrome as much as possible.
Psoriasis and diagnosis:
This is a skin infection. The symptoms include red patches which can be itchy and very painful sometimes. These patches have dead cells on the outer surface which make them scaly. In the worst condition, these patches can grow and spread covering a larger area of the skin. There is no specific cause for this disorder, but the most commonly known cause include dryness of the skin, deprivation of sunlight, family history of psoriasis and mental stress.
The Ayurvedic treatment for this disorder can be in two ways, internal and external. The internal treatment must include restriction of food items like yoghurt, chilies, sea food, etc. The person should consume food stuffs with adequate water content like fruits and buttermilk. The external treatment includes pasting the patches and the surrounding area with cold things like mud.
