Richardson will continue to serve as managing director of the Americas in addition to his new role as Global CMO. The promotion follows hedgehog's recent acquisition of digital product firm, Netsells, as part of a multi-million investment deal from investors BGF.

Richardson has over 20+ years of agency leadership experience, driving innovation, strategy and design for mobile, web, advertising and social platforms having led former agencies as Creative Director and Director of Integrated Marketing. Richardson also holds a M.A. in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College and B.F.A. in Communication Design from Syracuse University.
