Los Gatos, CA -- A Pertria employee since February 2010, Gabriele Chesser is not
only committed to his new career path but also to Pertria. Passing the California Real
Estate Broker's Exam and obtaining a license is no easy task. It involves passing eight
high-level real estate courses and requires two full years of experience as a licensed
salesperson and/or a Bachelor of the Arts degree.
Chesser attended San Jose State University where he studied International Business.
During his time as a Spartan, Gabe paid his tuition and developed his business skills
working in the banking industry. After graduating from SJSU in December 2010 he
quickly shifted gears and began his internship at Pertria, a real estate investment firm.
Before obtaining his Broker license Gabe's internship at Pertria focused nearly
exclusively on short sales and distressed property transactions. Chesser says of his new
role at Pertria, "I will be working with clients throughout the entire process of investment
acquisition, disposition, and management in order to achieve their financial goals."
Chesser's experience and accomplishment has left him feeling humbled and confident. "I
am excited to have the opportunity to contribute to the long-term success of our clients
and certainly would not be where I am today without the broad exposure and
comprehensive education I have received at Pertria."
