Bruel & Kjaer has launched a new feature rich website - WebTrak MyNeighborhood - which ties into local airport noise monitoring systems to provide communities with answers about long-term noise impact
Online, August 22, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The website helps build an understanding of the real noise impact from airports, by using visual tools and metrics covering arrival/departure counts, runway usage, fleet mix, respite time and counts of significant aircraft noise. Charts, such as heat maps, offer a new way of presenting when aircraft are operating and supplementary noise metrics are a much easier way to explain noise impact.
