(Miami, FL) Commodore Jose Miguel Díaz Escrich has served as Cuba's goodwill ambassador to recreational boaters, both in Cuba and around the world since he spearheaded the effort to reopen Marina Hemingway, back in 1992.

In his only appearance during the mega boating event, Lic. Diaz Escrich will speak to the maritime community, on the topic Boating in Cuba - Past, Present & Future
