HEROware Announces: Single-Screen Appliance Management & Monitoring With HEROware's RMM Utility

Online, February 17, 2012 (Newswire.com) - HEROware, Inc. is excited to announce the new HEROware RMM Management & Monitoring Utility, is now included with every HEROware solution to provide the ability to manage the set up and protection of production servers and monitor the health of every HERO-Defender appliance from one screen.

This new capability is the result of months of HEROware development to create a proprietary module for Kaseya. The module takes advantage of Kaseya's multi-tenant environment and the rich set of features that enables resellers to see all aspects of their HERO-Defenders; create real-time protection jobs, and manage fail overs for testing or actual production server failure.

"Our MSP's and VAR's can now easily see and manage every HERO-Defender under management. Additionally, they can receive event notifications via email for immediate awareness of possible breaks in service levels. Email alerts can be configured with recipients for each appliance, each having its own event notification level (informational, warning, error)." says Lynn Shourds, CTO and President of HEROware. The email message includes useful information in the subject line, including server name where the event occurred, the error level and code.
