Hersh Edelman Names New Manager of Services Quality Control
Online, February 2, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Hersh Edelman, announced that Sara M. Reynolds has been named Manager of Services Quality Control. Her primary responsibility will be ensuring that the company's high quality standards and 99.5 percent accuracy rating continue to exceed expectations.
Sara, formerly Operations Manager, has been with Hersh Edelman for four years. Prior to joining the company, she was responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the circulation system at a newspaper company.
As Quality Control Manager, Sara will focus on continuous improvement and seek to further refine the company's ordering, services and fulfillment process to streamline workflow and achieve greater efficiencies to benefit the customer. She also will be responsible for monitoring conformance to Hersh Edelman' service standards, processes and documentation that have been instrumental in achieving industry-leading accuracy ratings.
