Valerie will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and creating customized solutions for valued clients. Valerie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising and continued her education further by obtaining her MBA, with an emphasis in Marketing. In the beginning of her career, she started in advertising sales and worked for a conglomerate of five different publications. She also gained experience in the creative and sales departments at two different ad agencies. By 2008, she transitioned into the recruiting industry where she found her niche, gaining a vast amount of knowledge through networking and building relationships. She leveraged that experience when she entered the cannabis industry in 2018 to combine her passion for the plant with her skills and expertise.
