Highlands Oncology Group Selects Flatiron Health OncoEMR® to Support Their Growing Practice

Fayetteville, AR, April 8, 2016 (Newswire.com) - ​​Flatiron Health today announced that Highlands Oncology Group, a comprehensive cancer center with 17 physicians in Fayetteville, Arkansas, selected OncoEMR® as their medical oncology electronic health record. Highlands Oncology Group chose OncoEMR because they needed a cloud-based medical oncology software solution that will be interoperable with their ARIA® radiation oncology information system by Varian Medical Systems, to meet the needs of their growing patient population and practice.

Last May, Flatiron Health and Varian Medical Systems announced a strategic alliance to offer a suite of cloud-based software solutions that support oncologists in delivering high quality care across the cancer care continuum. As one of the first practices using the ARIA system to implement Flatiron Health’s OncoEMR, Highlands Oncology Group will soon be able to enjoy interoperability between the two systems for maximum clinical workflow efficiency.
