Hildreth Advisors Purchase 4 Million Dollar Property in Sag Harbor for Commercial Development

David Shorenstein of Hildreth Advisors Secured the Purchase of 3 Madison Street Property in Sag Harbor in May of 2021

David Shorenstein, part of Hildreth Advisors, has recently made a move to purchase a new location in Sag Harbor. The site was recently purchased in May of 2021 and will soon be full of iconic clothing.

Hildreth Real Estate Advisors (HREA) is based in New York City and has been helping clients make real estate decisions since 2019. David has purchased more than 300 properties, covering a broad range of asset classes. They have worked with everything from retail, mixed-use, and multifamily to development sites.

HREA was initially founded by David Shorenstein and Jason Breitstone, owners and operators in their own right. They have led HREA to make decisions for properties inside New York, Los Angeles, and Florida.

Currently, HREA is seeking to expand even further. The ultimate goal is to expand the portfolio, as well as the valued properties. This is where their latest investment comes into play. HREA, led by David Shorenstein, has purchased 3 Madison Street in Sag Harbor, New York, for 4 million.

This latest purchase will be for commercial development, with LoveShackFancy already lined up to create a flagship store on the premises. LoveShackFancy was brought to life in 2013 by Creative Director Rebecca Hessel Cohen. The idea sprang from Rebecca Hessel Cohen's time in editorial fashion. The brand emphasizes soft hues, the inclusion of soft textures such as lace, and a whimsical look that feels uniquely vintage.

Both LSF and its creator originated in New York, so it is only natural that this new location is based in Sag Harbor. Both the location and LSF have a fondness for tradition and historical elements. With time, it will hopefully become a tourist destination, as fans travel from around the world to get the chance to feel the complete LSF experience for themselves.
