HOLIDAY ISLAND, AR, September 9, 2015 (Newswire.com) - ​Holiday Island Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:HIHI),  announced today it signed an audit agreement with Malone Bailey LLP to perform the 2 prior years audits required to upgrade to fully reporting on the OTC:BB.

Malone & Bailey Certified Public Accounting Firm performs vast majority of all SEC audits in the U.S.  The Company is currently completing the pre-audit reports and documents.  Audit of the Company’s financials for the years ended 2013 and 2014 is scheduled to commence in late October.  Management and outside advisors expect the upgrade to enhance shareholder value and stock liquidity.
