Specifically, there are on-going discussions with various physician groups to upgrade the shopping center’s existing medical services.  HIHI is working to acquire the Holiday Island Shopping Center that includes 2 medical clinics and a heliport.  These two medical facilities provide convenient and affordable medical services, including dialysis, to the Holiday Island residents and nearby communities, adding to the value of the shopping center now and in the future.
