HOLIDAY ISLAND, AR, August 4, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Holiday Island Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:HIHI),  announced today it will retain as a consultant the exclusive developer of Holiday Island, Arkansas.

Tom Dees, President and owner of Holiday Island Development Corporation, has agreed to be retained by the Company post acquisition of his real estate holdings, all located at Holiday Island, Arkansas.  This is a major asset to Holdings, as Mr. Dees has 45 + years of successful experience in developing and managing planned communities all over the U.S.

Dees has been developing, managing, marketing, and selling residential and commercial properties at Holiday Island for 35 years.  Holiday Island has grow from 100 residents to over 3,400, and he built and operates the newest and largest shopping center in the areas, providing services and retail goods to Holiday Island and the surrounding area with about 35,000 consumers.
