Hollywood Production Center: Kingdom Season 3, Community Events

Kingdom Steps Back Into the Cage for Season 3

Hollywood Production Center eagerly awaits its tenant’s season three premiere of Kingdom on June 1 at 9:00 pm on the Audience Network. The DirecTV original series created by Byron Balasco is a family drama set against the gritty world of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in Venice, California.

The story of Kingdom revolves around Alvey Kulina (Frank Grillo), an MMA pioneer who owns and runs Navy St. Gym with his former live-in girlfriend, Lisa (Kiele Sanchez). Alvey helps people workout and trains fighters along with his sons, Nate (Nick Jonas) and Jay (Jonathan Tucker). Jay’s talents in the cage are only matched by his mouth outside and Nate, Alvey's youngest son, is a once promising fighter determined to work his way back to the top of the sport. Ryan Wheeler (Matt Lauria), one of the Navy St. fighters, is a champion with a volatile history. Christina (Joanna Going), Alvey’s ex-wife and mother to Jay and Nate, is a drug addict and prostitute. Season three kicks off with Jay and Ryan promoting their championship while Alvey receives tragic news and Alicia (Natalie Martinex) preps for her first professional fight as a member of Navy St.
