Home Movie Depot Makes Unique Donation To Joplin Tornado Victims

Home Movie Depot will be helping victims of the Joplin tornado preserve their damaged home movies. They will also provide a cash donation based on sales.

Home Movie Depot has announced plans to help the residents of
Joplin, Missouri in the tornado recovery efforts. Home Movie Depot will donate 10% of all sales from purchases of EasyBoxes and Gift Boxes to the Heart of Missouri United Way, Joplin Tornado Relief
Fund. In addition, for every box that is sold Home Movie Depot will provide a Gift Box to a resident of Joplin affected by the tornado. The Gift Box then can be filled with recovered home movies and images(16mm film, 8mm film, Super 8 film, VHS, Betamax, Hi-8, MiniDV, Digital-8, Video-8 and VHS-C, 35mm slides, 35mm negatives and printed photos up to 8" x 10") which Home Movie Depot will transfer to DVD and/or post online so that families can reclaim found precious memories at a later date.
