Horror Realm Presents Creepshow Screening with Special Appearance by John Amplas
One night only screening of 1982 horror anthology written by Stephen King and directed by George Romero to benefit The Hollywood Theater in Dormont
Pittsburgh, PA, September 20, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Horror Realm and the Hollywood Theater present a special screening of the 1982 horror anthology Creepshow, written by Stephen King and directed by George Romero.
John Amplas, who played Nathan's corpse in the Father's Day segment, will appear as a guest at the event. Mr. Amplas will be available to meet and greet fans before the movie and will be signing autographs (there will be a separate charge). Following the movie there will be a Q&A with Mr. Amplas.
There are two levels of tickets available:
- Poster ticket - includes admission plus an 18 x 24 collectible poster designed by artist Dave Slebodnick. Mr. Amplas will autograph the posters at no additional charge. Poster tickets are $30 and must be purchased in advance. There will be a limited quantity.
- General admission is $10 and may be purchased in advance or at the box office the night of the event.

There will also be a silent auction including a chance to win a custom poster of the film The Rock autographed by William Forsythe, who appeared at Horror Realm’s convention last month. A portion of the total event proceeds will benefit the Hollywood Theater, which is a nonprofit community theater.
