HouseCall Pro Co-Founders Win First Place Award at QuickBooks Connect 2015 Hackathon

Roland Ligtenberg and Reza Olfat, Co-Founders of HouseCall Pro, announce their win of first place award at $100k Hackathon hosted by Intuit

HouseCall Pro Co-Founders Roland Ligtenberg and Reza Olfat are excited to announce that they are recipients of the first place award for ‘Best Existing App’ category at the $100k Hackathon during Intuit’s QuickBooks Connect 2015.

HouseCall Pro, an award-winning mobile platform built for home service professionals, fully integrates with Intuit’s accounting platform, QuickBooks Online. Intuit holds the annual conference Quickbooks Connect, which took place November 2-4 in San Jose, California and included a programming competition.

At the $100k Hackathon, Ligtenberg and Olfat competed against 154 developers and 40 other teams. The pair were awarded first place in the existing app category as representatives of HouseCall Pro. The Hackathon aimed to encourage developers to solve problems businesses face through innovation.
