How One Homebuyer and Television Has Created a Whole New Approach for Stimulating the American Economy
"Stimulate America" is a reality show that teaches viewers how to become a homeowner. Learn from lending and real-estate pro's and watch the journey of real people as they go through the lending, home buying or stop foreclosure process.
Online, June 29, 2010 (Newswire.com) - ATLANTA, GA--Tiffani Howard, disabled first time homebuyer on a fixed income, closed on her home via a FHA 203(K) loan in March of 2009. In appreciation of her real-estate agent and mortgage broker's guidance throughout her first time home buying experience, Howard created the "Stimulate America" concept to teach other people like her how to become a homeowner. Tiffani believes that buying homes today galvanizes the incomes of those associated with real-estate, creates and stabilizes jobs, provides state revenue for the maintenance of essential community services, puts liquidity back into consumer buying powers and restores the American economy.
The "Stimulate America" pilot features interviews from Derek Scheidt of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Benjamin Thibodeaux of Georgia Primary Bank, Lori Silverton of Silverton Mortgage, Senator Donzella James of the State of Georgia, Tony Sadri of United Corp. Intl., David Thibodeaux of Crescent City Construction and Seth Pennington of Inside Design. The pilot goes comprehensively historic by covering NACA's Save the Dream Tour and in depth interviews with NACA founder and CEO, Bruce Marks.
The "Stimulate America" pilot also features the building of the Abedi Estate; a one of a kind eco-cautious home, built with materials that render it fire resistant, able to face natural disasters, chemical free maintenance and is energy efficient. Parviz Abedi owner and builder of the Estate, has been recognized by the Georgia Senate and will be presented with Senate Resolution 1450 the evening of the pilot premiere. Orbit Visual Entertainment, producers of the "Stimulate America" show are scheduled to premiere the pilot to a selected audience at the "Stimulate America Exclusive First Look Event" on July 15th 2010 at the Abedi Estate in Marietta, Georgia; featured in the "Stimulate America" pilot.
