HREA Purchases Retail Property in Huntington

Hildreth Real Estate Advisors recently announced that they had acquired a new retail property in Huntington, Long Island, for over 4 million dollars.

New York City-based real estate company Hildreth Real Estate Advisors recently announced that they had acquired a new retail property in Huntington, Long Island. This is the latest acquisition in an ongoing initiative by HREA to leave a positive impact on the landscape of New York City and surrounding areas. Since 2019, co-founders David Shorenstein and Jason Breitstone have guided the company through over 50 successful real estate transactions, building a strong portfolio and expanding their influence throughout the greater NYC area.

This latest addition, 444 West Jericho Turnpike, is a promising retail property to add to HREA's portfolio. Purchased on July 19, 2022, 444 West Jericho Turnpike boasts over 11,000 square feet of retail space that can host multiple retail businesses to support the local community. From restaurants to medical offices, this retail space has the potential to add excellent resources and value to the Huntingdon area. HREA, under the guidance of David Shorenstein and colleagues, looks forward to seeing the potential of this latest investment. The property was acquired by HREA off-market for 4.5 million dollars through direct negotiations with the seller.

David Shorenstein, Jason Breitstone, and the rest of HREA are excited to announce this new acquisition to the public. HREA continues to seek more properties to pursue in Long Island and the greater New York City area as they strive to expand their holdings. However, in the past, David Shorenstein and his colleagues have also purchased properties in other markets, including Los Angeles and Florida. While the focus is currently on NYC, HREA hopes to eventually expand its influence further.
