Hudson Vandam, located in the heart of SoHo, NY, was co-founded by Roland de Fries, Managing Partner; Susan Ward, Director of Business Development; Nneoma E. Njoku, Director of Communications and PR; and Morteza Mansouri, Director of Sales.

Mr. de Fries, who was born and raised in Germany, served as a judge for the 2010 Focus Open International Design Award at the Design Center Stuttgart, was also a keynote speaker on Cross Culture Branding on June 17 at the Haus der Wirtschaft in Stuttgart. Prior to co-founding Hudson Vandam LLC, he launched his own agencies in New York, Kuypers Branding, and Stuttgart, serving Porsche, Breuninger Department Stores, Deka Bank, Duerr, IPA Fraunhofer, and Bronze Foundry Strassacker. He moved to New York in 2000 where he was appointed Design Director of OgilvyOne Worldwide Headquarters. Thereafter, he struck out on his own as Creative Director of the launch of the $2.1 billion new Time Warner Center where he created and oversaw branding, advertising, PR, and event management. The launch was awarded the prestigious 'ULI Award for Excellence' in 2005. Mr. de Fries is fluent in German and English.

Ms. Ward has an extensive background and a proven track record in project management and sales. She is responsible for positioning and market research. She takes a strategic approach in evaluating client needs, market conditions and the solutions needed to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Ms. Ward has managed accounts such as Lehman Brothers/Barclays, Morgan Stanley, QuonticBank and Bozell Worldwide.

Mr. Mansouri, with 10+ years of sales experience, has worked across many industries including Interior Design, Software Engineering and Finance. Of Persian background, he studied in Germany at the University of Kassel and worked for an Interior Design company as the Director of Sales. In 2003, he was recruited to work for Town Sports International (TSI) to help their sales team. There he became the highest grossing sales person for 14 consecutive months and was among top 3 sales Manager/Consultant for 3 consecutive years. Mr. Mansouri has lived across Europe and the US and is also fluent in German, English, and Farsi.

Ms. Njoku is the Director of Communications and PR. She has implemented successful communications and PR campaigns for companies in a variety of industries such as finance, professional and consumer services, lifestyles, fashion and entertainment. Prior to co-founding Hudson Vandam LLC, Ms. Njoku worked for Cantor Fitzgerald, Harvest Partners, Inc., Starwood Financial Trust, and Zurich Capital Markets.
