Online, July 19, 2012 (Newswire.com) - A new study by researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital shows that anxiety ages you. In this large study, researchers had obtained blood samples from over 5000 women. The women were between 42 and 69 years of age.

The changes seen in women with chronic anxiety were similar to changes seen in women 6 years older than them. In other words, chronic anxiety aged these women by an additional 6 years!
