i-conX Announces Seven New Appointments

Online, May 17, 2010 (Newswire.com) - i-conX Solutions, the world's fastest growing interconnect billing solutions vendor, has increased its development, product and sales capability with six new appointments at its group HQ in Dublin, Ireland and one new appointment at its Middle East regional HQ in Dubai.

Database Administrator Paul Ralph; Support Applications Developer Jonathan Keaveney; Product Manager Kunal Dave, Network Engineer Piotr Gora; IT Administrator Martin McDermott and Sales Manager Faisal Saifullah; Team Leader Finance & Admin Theresa Cahill have all joined in the last quarter further expanding i-conX's expert resource.

Paul Ralph will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading the i-conX production database, one of the largest online SQL Server databases in Europe whilst advising and implementing the strategies and best practices to best leverage the new SQL Server technologies to provide optimal customer solutions. Joining i-conX from Dell Paul spent 10 years in the management and maintenance of all manufacturing SQL Server production environments in the EMEA region. Paul won many awards internally at Dell for building solutions, stabilising environments and global excellence.

Jonathan Keaveney will further allow i-conX to respond efficiently to customer's feedback in order to improve the day-to-day user experience by providing continual investment in the development of our applications based purely on user experience. Jonathan joins i-conX after spending a number of years working in a similar capacity at companies including Fujitsu Ireland.

Kunal Dave joins i-conX from software vendor Subex. With 13 years experience in telecoms working with Colt and Hutchingson 3G, Kunal brings a valuable perspective from both telco and vendor sides. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our interconnect product, Kunal will be responsible for managing the company's roadmap development, and providing presales support and clarifications across the group.

Faisal Saifullah joins our Dubai office to head our regional sales operation for the MENA territory. A certified engineer in WiMAX, WLAN and other network technologies, Faisal is also a graduate in Computer Information Systems, and brings 15 years business development experience within the telecoms sector to his new role with i-conX.

Piotr Gora and Martin McDermott join the i-conX IT team responsible for delivering hosted a-s-p solutions to customers worldwide, utilising the latest technologies and practices. Both have an Honours degree in Computing and graduated with distinction.

Theresa Cahill joins i-conX's finance department as Team Leader Finance and Admin supporting accounting processes across the group. Theresa is a qualified accounting technician (AAT) and has a wide range of accounts and admin experience.

The series of new appointments follows the announcement of recent contract wins with Vodafone Qatar, Canar in Sudan and Tele 2 in Russia. As a specialist interconnect services provider, i-conX facilitates this complex form of account settlement between telcos on behalf of its global customer base.
