IAIRA Feels The Effects Of Growing Pains

Online, August 31, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The International Association of Independent Recording Artists has been caught in a storm of growth that has rocked them back on their heels. Chief Operating Officer Mark Carman explains: "We were a bit over whelmed at the incredible growth in membership that IAIRA has experienced over the last 60 days. Since we began to chart independent artists our membership has been doubling almost every week. In response we have had to significantly increase our infrastructure to keep up with demand."

IAIRA is funded by marketing partnerships with select merchants and by offering independent artists commemorative documentation of their chart achievements for a nominal fee. The revenue produced allows IAIRA to offer its members the bulk of their services at no charge and to increase its infrastructure to keep up with membership needs.
