“We did not need to search far from home for the perfect individual to serve as our Director of Operations. The experience Amanda has gained in her years with us and her familiarity with our efforts to provide exceptional service through technology make her ideal for this role. Her dependability and professionalism has earned the respect of her colleagues and her ability to build strong customer relationships will ensure our clients continue to receive the results they’ve come to expect from us.”

Headlining the responsibilities in her promoted role is the implementation of the Company’s new appraisal management system that will streamline processes, lower cycle times and deliver best-in-class insight to customers. Guiding this project across the finish line is a prime example of the technological focus to Ms. Alden’s new position, but it’s far from the only area to which she’ll bring her unique set of operational skills to the table.

Her team members and the valued IAnet customers they serve can also count on the new Director to:

  • Ensure effective and efficient daily operations.
  • Manage departments by planning and evaluating daily activities, as well as collaborating with supervisors and managers.
  • Manage staff by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising results; and coaching and counseling employees.
  • Engage staff to encourage high-level performance.
  • Assist the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Ensure the company meets client expectations.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving issues, identifying trends, and recommending system improvements.
