IAQ Video Network Releases New Video from the Grand Rapids IAQA Chapter Workshop
Online, August 2, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The Grand Rapids Chapter of the Indoor Air Quality Association recently asked Paul Cochrane, the founder of Cochrane & Associates and the IAQ Video Network, to present about new ways to market an IAQ business.
The IAQ Video Network took advantage of this opportunity to report on the Chapter workshop with a new online video report. The Indoor Air Quality Association's Grand Rapids Chapter provides professional forums to allow representatives from various industries the opportunity to share their experiences relevant to building sciences and indoor air quality.
This workshop took place on July 27th at the Watermark Country Club. David Lutkenhoff, the chapter director from FTC&H informed the members of the latest chapter news before introducing the day's speakers.
Mr. Cochrane was first to present ways to enhance a company's marketing and public relations utilizing new technologies such as social media, online videos, internet marketing and ways to increase search engine optimization. Earl Langham from Thermal Inspection Services then talked to the chapter about ways infrared cameras can help provide better energy savings and indoor air quality for clients. Bruce O'Brien, from UltraViolet Devices, wrapped up the workshop with an eye opening talk about the use of UV light to clean HVAC coils, reduce energy consumption and deactivate microbial contaminants in the air and on surfaces.
