IAQ Video Network Releases New Video from the Latest Milwaukee IAQA Chapter Workshop
Online, October 29, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The Milwaukee Chapter of the Indoor Air Quality Association recently asked Paul Cochrane, the founder of Cochrane & Associates and the IAQ Video Network, to present to their local members new ways to market an IAQ business. The IAQ Video Network took this opportunity to report on the chapter workshop and to meet with area IAQ professionals.
The Indoor Air Quality Association's Milwaukee Chapter provides regularly scheduled professional forums to allow representatives from various industries the opportunity to share their experiences relevant to building sciences and indoor air quality issues.
This workshop took place on October 28th at offices of the Kelmann Corporation. Wane Baker, P.E., CIH, the chapter director from Michaels Engineering began the workshop by informing the members of the latest chapter news before introducing the day's first speaker.
Mr. Cochrane was the first presenter and he discussed ways to enhance a company's marketing and public relations utilizing new technologies such as social media, online videos, internet marketing and ways to increase search engine optimization. Wane Baker then presented a fascinating case study in his presentation entitled, "All that Glitters is not Mold." Mr. Baker reminded attendees to keep an open mind for sources of IAQ problems.
Local IAQA members in attendance, and those from as far away as Illinois, asked informative questions of the presenters and left the chapter meeting with new ideas on ways to market their business and provide the best indoor air quality for their customers.
