IAQ Video Network Releases New Video from the Philadelphia IAQA Chapter Meeting
Online, April 26, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Paul Cochrane, the founder of both the IAQ Video Network and Cochrane & Associates was recently asked to come speak to the IAQA Philadelphia Chapter about ways to market your IAQ business in a slow economy. The IAQ Video Network took the opportunity to report on the IAQA Philadelphia Chapter Workshop and to visit several major indoor air quality firms in the Philadelphia area.
Upon leaving Phoenix, Arizona for the long flight to Philadelphia we were quickly reminded that the city is home to not only some of the nation's finest IAQ professionals, but also the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Philly cheese-steaks and was the home of not only Benjamin Franklin, but also Rocky Balboa.
Arriving on April 23, 2010 at the beautiful Villanova Conference Center in Radnor, Pennsylvania for the Philadelphia IAQA Chapter Workshop approximately 50 local members were already in attendance. Craig Camel, their chapter director from Advanced Mold Diagnostics informed the members of the latest chapter news before introducing the speakers.
In addition to the talk from Paul Cochrane, attendees heard from Demian Ellis from the Toxic Program branch of EPA's Region 3. He covered issued regarding the new RRP rule and was followed by Mike McGuiness from R.K. Environmental who enlighten the audience about mold remediation techniques.
"We were then invited to visit the operations of Core Mechanical in Pennsauken, New Jersey where we spoke with IAQ professionals Don Makin and James Pacera from the firm," reported Paul Cochrane, President of Cochrane and Associates, the company responsible for the IAQ Video Network. "Later we visited Joe Frasca at EMSL Analytical's new corporate headquarters and main laboratory facility in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The huge 125,000 square foot facility is a laboratory show piece with all the latest equipment and plenty of elbow room to continue growing."
