Ibstock Brick has added another volume to it's easy to follow guide for brick matching and brick selection with even more inspired ideas for builders and consumers.
Online, April 5, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Following the overwhelming success of its original 'Brick Selector', Ibstock Brick (www.ibstock.com) has released yet another volume of this comprehensive, inspirational and easy to follow guide to brick matching and brick selection.
First launched in 2009, this flagship brochure, which is in now in its third edition, is packed full of even more inspired ideas and solutions to help professional builders, self builders and the general public get inventive with brick.
Featuring the UK's largest range of clay facing bricks, including 15 new product additions, Ibstock's new 'Brick Selector' includes improved information on the sustainability of bricks, as well as key comment on the recent changes to Part L.
It also features updated 'in-situ' product shots and new index pages with even more technical information, including pack sizes, to ensure readers have everything they could possibly need when specifying brick.
For the first time the guide also includes two 'brick calculators', for both single and double skin walls, which can be used to determine how many bricks are needed for different lengths of wall and different brick heights.
Key topics for the third issue of the 'Brick Selector' include Ibstock's TradesmanTM Range which has been specifically designed with the smaller builder in mind and is ideally suited for matching up existing brickwork, including boundary walls and wall capping.
Andrew Halstead-Smith, marketing manager at Ibstock, commented: "Our inspirational 'Brick Selector' has proven to be one of our most popular brochures to date and we continue to receive incredibly positive feedback from our customers.
"Therefore it is important that we continue to update and improve this industry leading literature to ensure our customers are always kept up-to-date with the latest developments in brick and brick design. And to help stockists of our literature, we have developed a new dispenser pack which allows the guide to be easily displayed on counters.
"Our third edition of the 'Brick Selector' is extremely easy to use and looks great. We are really excited for our customers to see the new additions to the brochure and the inspirational solutions within the guide for themselves."
