Idobro Green campaign for World Environment Day on June 5th 2010 at Carter Road, Bandra, Mumbai

Online, May 30, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Idobro is a social enterprise and it promotes NGOs, women owned businesses, rural and green producers, differently-abled and other challenged entrepreneurs. Through consumer awareness, corporate support and social entrepreneurship we take action to promote Conscious consumerism and Fair Trade for a better tomorrow and a greener planet.

Idobro will celebrate Environment Day (June 5th) with a Green campaign on Carter Road, Bandra Mumbai, India from 5pm to 9.30pm. This will be a showcase of Idobro's green initiatives - Green solutions and products (no sale). Area building associations and the Carter rd ALM will be partnering with us for the event

The events will be under three categories- recycling, energy conservation and eco friendly products. The campaign will focus on awareness but will build in activities to add an element of fun and entertainment like activities:
*Green Walk by participants of all age groups,
*e-waste collection drive (live demonstration),
*Puppets for children,
*Music and Presentations,
*Demonstration of solar lanterns etc.
*Cleanliness drive to ensure the place is free of any litter.

Idobro will invite green associations, members, associates, students and volunteers from corporate, representatives from media to join and spread the Green Word. We look forward to your support.

Idobro is also looking for sponsors for co-branded items such T-shirts, Caps, umbrellas and balloons. Other sponsors of Food, water or giveaways are welcome. Sponsorships can be in cash or kind of approximate value of Rs.10000 onwards.
